Is It Really Almost Thursday?

First the cousins picture after church on Sunday...





Then dinner at G & G's...





Then I blinked and it was Wednesday and we went to Legoland...

I think I need a nap!

Here is my Luci-girl. Since she got here

she has eaten breakfast in my bed

and watched cartoons with me every morning.

...At 6 am.

She said "Mommy is sleeping."

haha.
(I love that she comes upstairs to wake me first...and yes she is eating
Nutella and strawberry toast on my white bedding!)

 

 

This sweet boy is all BOY.

Loves to wrestle. As Luci says, 

"He's so chute!" 

So far, we had a day at the beach, a church day,
and a day in old-town San Diego.
(The Mormon Battalion Museum was better than
Frontier Land at Disneyland!) 
 

 

A covered wagon...panning for gold...Cason was enlisted...making bricks...and washing clothes.

Our Day at the beach was so fun too.

Well, and let's face it...with little kids...

very sandy.

 

AND THEN TO BECOME UNSANDY.

 
To think we still have a bunch more to do this week. 

SIGH. SO HAPPY.

It's The Cason, Levi, and Luci Show !!

I have been counting the minutes all day.

It started with a text early this morning from Lauren:

"It's like Christmas morning over here! Cason ran in squealing

and fully dressed, ready to go at 6:30 am."

They weren't leaving until after lunch. so sweet.

Cason wanted to have his birthday party

in California...that will be next week.

But we will be doing his birthday

ALL WEEK!

THE CANDY DRAWERS ARE STOCKED AND READY -- (THAT'S FOR YOU TOO JESS)


And we were hoping for lots of beach and boating action...Let's hope the weather cooperates! Give me one day...and I will have pictures with my peeps in 'em.

It was so so cool, on so many levels !

Now most of my children have been here.

I was like a child running around singing the National Anthem...! 

I loved the conference...but

Bunnies...Everywhere.

I think my favorite season is Spring.

It is so magical as the sun, greenery and flowers come out

and all the baby animals appear.

Yet, me with my freakishly sensitive-soul,

can hardly stand the squished bunnies that seem to be

Everywhere...

Yesterday, after running Jack, I came upon the tiniest 3" bunny

that was out of his nest WAYYYY too early.

He was waiting for me..

It's called the dR. dO-LITTle curse.
I am praying he stays put...and I don't find him squished...or in Jack's mouth.

I busted out all my spring bunnies.
No, there is no one coming over...I decorate
basically for my own pleasure! ha.

Best Birthday Ever...!

It was like a scene out of a movie.

As I was getting on the airplane,
 Lauren was rushing to the hospital.

Haley picked me up and we were speeding down the freeway getting updates from Ben on the phone. It was so close...but I missed little Levi's birth by 15 minutes.

We walked into the hospital room and it was the perfect picture...

Lauren and Ben sitting there holding their newest creation.

Oh yeah, it was my birthday to boot.

It was the greatest week. It truly was.

Danielle had her baby 5 days before. (beautiful Ryleigh...don't you love the hair? ) As you can see Ashlyn is smitten.

Danielle's mother was by her side.

This part of life never ceases to amaze and intrigue me.
